Daniel J. Greenhalgh

Mr. Greenhalgh practices in all areas of intellectual property law, including intellectual property litigation and licensing, as well as preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications. He is a member of the bar of the State of Indiana and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. In addition, Mr. Greenhalgh is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Greenhalgh was a product design engineer for five years, specializing in the design and manufacture of electromechanical body closure systems for various automotive vehicle platforms.
Mr. Greenhalgh received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and received his J.D. degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. While at Michigan State University College of Law, Mr. Greenhalgh served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Michigan State Law Review and published his Comment “Georgia-Pacific to the Rescue: Paice’s Modified Georgia-Pacific Analysis for Ongoing Royalty Assessment” with the journal.
