Mr. Lockman practices in all areas of intellectual property law with an emphasis in preparation and prosecution of patent applications for computer systems and software inventions as well as patent and trademark litigation. He is a member of the bars of the States of Indiana, Ohio, and Georgia. In addition, he is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Mr. Lockman is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Federal Circuits, and the District Courts for the Southern Districts of Indiana and Ohio and the Northern District of Georgia. In addition, Mr. Lockman is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Lockman received a B.E.E.E. from Vanderbilt University, a J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and a M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary. Prior to going to law school, Mr. Lockman was a design engineer for ten years in the fields of data communication systems, weapon systems, and factory automation equipment.
