Mr. Moore practices in all phases of intellectual property law, including intellectual property litigation and licensing, as well as preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications, with a technical emphasis in the electrical, electronic, and computer arts. Mr. Moore is a past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, and is a frequent lecturer on Intellectual Property topics. Prior to practicing with the firm, Mr. Moore was an attorney with a New York City law firm, and prior to that was a design engineer for AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Mr. Moore received a J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law, where he also served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Tau Beta Pi, and Eta Kappa Nu, he received a B.S. degree with highest honors in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University. He is a member of the bar of the State of Indiana, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
