Homer W. Faucett

Mr. Faucett practices in all phases of intellectual property law, including intellectual property litigation and licensing, as well as preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications. He has a broad technology experience base, including, but not limited to organic chemistries, biotechnology, stem cell methods and treatments, polymer chemistries, small molecule treatments, DNA and RNA analysis chemistries and methods, novel organisms, tissue culture, and optics. In addition, Mr. Faucett has experience in trademark prosecution, including representing clients in oppositions as well as in trademark and unfair trade practice cases in federal district court. Mr. Faucett is a graduate of Indiana University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology summa cum laude. Mr. Faucett earned his Juris Doctorate summa cum laude from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, where he served as the executive articles editor for the Indiana Law Review.
Mr. Faucett is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts of Indiana. In addition, Mr. Faucett is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
